Absolutely! We encourage guests to capture their unforgettable moments. Please ensure your camera equipment is waterproof or adequately protected against water damage.

 

Are reservations refundable in case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances?

Should AquaRider Racer cancel due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund. Otherwise, standard cancellation policies apply.

 

Can I rent an underwater scooter for multiple days?

Special arrangements can be made for multi-day rentals. Please contact our team to discuss your specific requirements.

 

Are there any restrictions on diving depths while using the underwater scooters?

For safety reasons, we advise adhering to shallow diving depths, typically ranging from 3 to 10 feet (1 to 3 meters).

 

How far in advance should I arrive before my scheduled rental time?

To ensure a seamless experience, kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time for check-in, safety briefings, and completion of necessary paperwork. Please bring matching identification and a valid payment card.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be effortlessly made through our user-friendly app.

 

What are the rental requirements?

Renters must be a minimum of 18 years old and hold a valid photo ID and payment method. Additionally, renters are required to comply with all established Rules and Regulations, along with local water activity regulations.

 

Can I reserve in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure availability. Reservations can be made up to six months ahead.

 

How do I pay for my rental?

Full payment is required during the reservation process. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods such as Apple Pay and Cash App.

 

Are taxes and fees included?

All applicable taxes and fees are clearly outlined during the booking process.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental will receive a full refund. For cancellations, please contact us via WhatsApp.

 

Can I reschedule my rental?

Yes, reservations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the rental, subject to availability. One rescheduling per reservation is allowed. Please contact us via WhatsApp for rescheduling.

 

What happens if I'm late for my rental return?

Punctuality is appreciated. Late returns may incur additional charges, and no refunds will be given for lost rental time.
